Indonesian Mask Dance
The Indonesian Mask dance has proven to be hugely popular and has attracted a lot of attention from the visitors to LIFA. Children alike are entranced by the dancers, the masks looked so real that they run away in fright. I Nyoman Kariasa and I Wayan Sira have both been dancing since the age of ten and are affluent with the traditions of Balinese dance and culture. They now travel the world to promote their country's culture and perform the highly intricate Tarian Topeng which comprise of the Tarian Barong, Tarian Topeng Jauk, Tarian Topeng Keras and Tarian Tua.
